Moms and working from home

Have you wondered why it seems many Moms would rather  work from home if they could? Here are a few of the reasons I have found:

1. working at home means the family can save money that may have been spent on commuting to and from work.

2. the family can save money on shopping for work clothes. This does not mean dressing like a bag lady at home because, your dressing may affect your mood. But you can be simply but smartly dressed.

3. save on the cost of childcare. Spend time with your children while working from home.

4.  to save more money during tax time because you have a business at home.

5. to save money spent on quick meals and eating out. You can prepare healthy meals for your family. If cooking is not your forte, you may want to invest in a cooking class.

These are a few of the reasons I have found to be true about work at home Moms, but there are many other reasons as there are Moms. Do you have any to share?
