Here are a few tips to writing a business plan for your direct sales home business
* Write it down- what is your business about?
* Target market- What product or service will you offer prospective clients? Is there a market for it? Will your customers be women, men, children or all of the above?
* If your product is available in the market, how do you plan to differentiate yourself from your competition?
You could provide outstanding customer service or free delivery,etc.
* Marketing- How do you plan to market your business? Do you plan to use fliers, advertise in Newspapers, online advertising,home parties, business fairs,etc.
* Time- How many hours a day do you plan to commit to building your business?
Building any business, particularly a home business takes time, patience, dedication and laser focus. You have to determine to give your business your undivided attention for at least 2 years. This means you can't jump ship because you think things are not working fast enough. If after 2 years of consistent effort, you do not see positive results then it may be time to move on to something else.
